Responsibilities:
Front Office & Client Management:

Manage clients’ calendars and appointment scheduling efficiently.
Interact with clients and clearly explain clinic services, treatments, offers, and schemes.
Handle client grievances professionally and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Introduce and promote the latest organizational offers and schemes to clients.

Billing, Records & Reporting:

Perform analysis, billing, and invoicing activities accurately.
⁠Maintain patient records in both physical files and computer systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Analyze data and prepare periodic reports for management review.

Pharmacy & Inventory Management:

•⁠ ⁠Manage pharmacy operations and maintain adequate inventory levels.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee inventory for medical, pharmacy, and other clinic supplies.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock usage and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages.

•⁠ ⁠This is a multi-tasking role requiring a high level of proactiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage front office, operational, and clinical support responsibilities simultaneously.

•⁠ ⁠The role demands strong coordination skills, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth clinic operations and superior patient experience.
